29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: (a) Delaware State Police Troop 3 (new construction), 3759 South State Street, Magnolia, DE 19962 - On or about March 24, 2015, employees working at heights of up to 30 feet above grade were not protected from fall hazards through the use of a fall protection system. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
