29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, shall be kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. This violation occurred on March 26, 2015at a jobsite located at 1118 Misty Meadow Dr. Forney, TX 75126; on the north and south sides of the construction site, where a pile of debris had accumulated near the entrance to the jobsite, exposing employees to the hazards of lacerations and/or puncture injuries caused by stepping on nails.
