29 CFR 1926.416(e)(2): Extension cords were fastened with staples, hung from nails, or suspended by wire: a) Bldg L, 4th floor, UConn Health Center Job Site - On or about 3-25-15 - 208 volt extension cords were suspended by metal wire from the ceiling on the forth floor providing electrical power to a concrete floor grinder on the third floor.
