OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to caught-in hazards:    On or about March 22, 2015, near the Number 8 mill in the Mixing Department, the Employer could have taken additional precautions to prevent employees from being injured by the conveyor belt.  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to install a handrail in front of the machine.
