29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):  a/ GMA Accessories/Edison NJ Site: Warehouse. The temporary agency employer did not perform a hazard assessment to ensure that the temporary employees hired to work at GMA Accessories, Inc. were provided with the required personal protective equipment and the equipment made available where needed.   Temporary employees were exposed to hazards associated with (including but not limited to) operating powered industrial trucks/HiLo's, using manual box cutting tools, handling corrugated boxes, manual handling wooden pallets and performing sorting operations.   Observed on/or about 03/19/2015.
