29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:    Location: 3710 Main Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut 06604    A) The thirty-six inch exit route from the manager's office overlooking the cashier area was not free from store material restricting the width of the exit to less than twenty-six inches for emergency egress.    B) The thirty-six inch exit route to North exit in the receiving room area was restricted by stacked material restricting the exit route to less than twenty inches at the most severe constriction and less than twenty-five inches in another point along the route for emergency egress.    C) The thirty-six inch exit route to the East exit in the receiving room area was blocked preventing emergency egress.    CVS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number895172, citation number 02, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on August 7, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2151 86th Street, Brooklyn, New York, 11214.
