29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) or passageway(s) were not kept clear where mechanical handling equipment was used and permanent aisles and passageways were not marked: a/ List Logistics/Linden NJ Site: Warehouse. Aisles throughout the warehouse were blocked by powered industrial truck equipment, sacks and boxes of product, wooden pallets, pallets of canned products, - including but not limited to. Aisles were not maintained free of storage and powered industrial truck equipment in the event of a fire or other emergency. b/ List Logistics/Linden NJ Site: Warehouse. Aisles were not marked where employees are required to walk (including but not limited to) staging areas and employee work stations. Powered industrial truck operators drive their trucks where pedestrian employees are checking product and walking through the warehouse. No floor markings are provided to ensure pedestrians are safe during forklift travel. Observed on/or about 03/25/2015.

Employees are exposed to hazards associated with (including but not limited to) handling sacks, cans and boxes of product, operations involving powered industrial trucks, using manual box cutting tools, manual handling wooden pallets and performing sorting operations.
