29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel:      a) In the Crew/Break Room Area:  The 120/208v main distribution panel (MDP) area was used for storage of various items such as bun crates and boxes, thus restricting access to the panels in the event of an emergency, as observed on or about April 13, 2015. 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:   a) At the restaurant: Employees worked with hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, chemicals such as QSR Fryer Cleanser and QSR Restroom Cleaner, and the employer did not provide these employees with the required training on the new label elements and safety data sheet format as required by the revised OSHA Hazard Communication Standard incorporating the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals prior to the effective date of December 1, 2013, on or about April 13, 2015.                                                         ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
