29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a. On or about March 25, 2015 at the above addressed jobsite, employees were observed using two Relocatable Power Taps (RPT), to provide electrical power to a computer, a monitor a printer, and hand tools/equipment chargers, and to an extension cord/refrigerator; and for which the RPTs were also series connected (daisy chained), therefore using the equipment for other that its intended use, which therefore exposed the employees to an electrical and fire hazard.
