OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    (a) Facility- 100 Paper Mill Road, Roaring Spring, PA: On or about March 26, 2015, the crew working to "grind" the inside of the Number 1 Paper Machine's South Tickler Refiner, did not follow the manufacturer's grinding instructions which resulted in burn injuries to one of the employees.    Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct these hazards is to comply with the manufacturer's Grinding Instruction before performing this type of job task, and provide employees the proper training on the manufacturer's Grinding Instructions prior to performing the task.
