Employees used chemicals, including but not limited to Kay Chemical Company McD Restroom Cleaner (containing bleach), Kay Chemical Company McD FloorCare (containing sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, glycolic acid, and tartaric acid), and Kay Chemical Company Esteem Warewashing Detergent (containing 4% potassium hydroxide) to clean grills, flooring, fryers, and restrooms.  The employer did not ensure that all employees were provided with training on hazardous chemicals in the work area at the time of their initial assignment.  This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
