29 CFR 1910.177(d)(2): The employer shall provide a restraining device or barrier for inflating tires on single piece wheels unless the rim wheel will be bolted onto a vehicle during inflation: On or about March 31, 2015, within the Service Bay section of the facility, truck tires not attached to the vehicle had been inflated on the open floor, without the use of a restraining device or barrier.
