29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side and/or edge which is 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about March 31, 2015, at 650 River Road, San Marcos, TX, the employer failed to ensure the employees were protected from falling. The employees were observed installing shingles and were not protect from a fall. Employees exposed to a fall of ~ 30 feet to the ground below.
