At the jobsite, employees operating Hitachi nail guns while performing framing activities were not wearing eye protection, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by flying objects.

At the jobsite, employees engaged in roofing activities at a height of over 6 feet were not protected by a fall arrest system.
