29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency:  a. Building A and B- Employees and employees under the control of the controlling contractor were not protected from trip hazards and instant access to emergency medical services where exit routes were not free of all obstructions or impediments. The fourth and third floors of building A where stocked with sheetrock lining both sides of the hallways reducing the hall way width to less than 28 inches. The first floor entrance to building B had metal door frames stored in the exit route causing a trip hazard.
