29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): In any workplace where respirators are necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators are required by the employer, the employer did not shall establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures: a) Spray painting booth, in the Space Maker Designs, Inc. facility where an employee was required to wear a 3M half face respirator with organic vapor cartridges while spray painting steel shelving units.
