29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:    (a) Valdomero Guevara at 2218 W 33rd Ave, Denver, CO 80211:  On or before March 27, 2015 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees framing the third level of a residential home worked near the edge without utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 19 feet.      (b) Valdomero Guevara at 2218 W 33rd Ave, Denver, CO 80211:  On or before March 27, 2015 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees framed the second level balcony without utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet.      (c) Valdomero Guevara at 2222 W 33rd Ave, Denver, CO 80211:  On or before March 27, 2015 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees framing the third level of a residential home worked near the edge without utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 19 feet.
