29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle: (a) In the loader Shop: On April 1, 2015 and at times prior to the employer failed to remove from service a CLARK forklift that had been missing a seatbelt for approximately 3 years, exposing the operator to crushing hazards from the roll-over protection system in the event of a roll over.
