29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) At the jobsites, on or about 3/31/15: Employees were not wearing eye protection while working with hand and power tools and when working above their heads. When asked, employees were unable to produce eye protection within close proximity to their work areas. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
