29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) On or about March 27, 2015, at the backside of concrete residential building, a worker was not protected from fall hazards while assigned to remove small pieces of wood. The worker was working and kneeling on a concrete retaining wall edge, exposed to approximately 10 feet fall to the ground below.
