29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:                                                                                                                             The employer is failing to ensure employees are protected by an adequate automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed the portion of the saw above the table on the Powermatic saw. This violation was most recently observed at a jobsite located at 5329 Lindbergh Dr., Omaha, NE 68110 (Saw Area). An employees fingers were amputated when his hand came in contact with the unguarded blade on March, 24 2015.

This violation was most recently observed at a jobsite located at 5329 Lindbergh Dr., Omaha, NE 68110 (Saw Area). An employee's fingers were amputated when his hand came in contact with the unguarded blade on March, 24 2015.
