Caney Estates Subdivision, 3165 Caney Estate Place, Lot #20, Cumming, GA - Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  The employees were not utilizing the proper means of fall protection while working and walking approximately 20-21 feet above ground level on the elevated roof, Installing shingles and other roofing materials along the elevated roof, the employees were utilizing a type of rock climbing equipment while others did not have on anything,  on or about 04/01/15.
