29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501: a. Harrison Park Subdivision, 4320 Holten Ave., Lot#79, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employees were not utilizing a means of fall protection, by not tying off to anchorage points, while working and walking approximately 22 feet above ground level on the roof, Installing roofing materials along the upper level, on or about 04/01/15.
