Maintenance Shop - On or about April 1, 2015, supplies and other material were stored haphazardly. The maintenance shop was clutter with boxes, paints and material.  Oxygen cylinders and unknown compressed gas cylinders were stored on a bottom shelf behind the refrigerator.  Oxygen cylinders should not be stored with other compressed gases and petroleum products such as paint, oil or fuels.
