29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Fifth Floor, News History Exhibit - On or about 04/01/2015, a worker installing a security camera was not provided with proper head protection and was struck in the head and injured by a metal ceiling tile which fell from a reflective ceiling.
