29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): Eye and face protective equipment being worn by the employees did not meet the requirements specified in American National Standards Institute, Z 87.1-1968, Practice for Occupational and Educational Eye and Face Protection:  An employee used a pneumatic nail gun to install soffit, fascia, and trimming out windows and the employer did not ensure that the employee's prescription glasses met the requirements of Z 87.1-1968, and the glasses did not have side shields to protect the eyes from exposure to flying debris.
