29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- Cabana Roof, 800 US Highway 130 South, Hamilton NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of in excess of 9 feet 7 inches, to the ground surface below, when performing plywood installation to a roof with a pitch of approximately 2 on 12. These employees were not wearing a PFAS nor was an alternative form of fall protection used at the time of the observation. Condition observed on or about 03/31/15.
