29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards which shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling, and in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about April 1, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employee(s) were exposed to the hazards of a fall of greater than 10 feet to the ground below, from the lack of a training program to understand these hazards, while installing siding and cornice work from a pump jack scaffold without fall protection.
