29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer failed to generate and provide programs for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a)Purple Mountain Framing at 5100 Ronald Reagan Blvd., Johnstown, CO 80534: On and before March 30th, 2015, the controlling employer failed to generate, maintain and document a program providing for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons. The condition resulted in subcontractor employees exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet while they performed framing activities on the second deck of a three story structure.
