On or about April 2, 2015, at a Starbucks brand commercial restaurant construction site, the employer did not provide a stairway or ladder from the lower rooftop to the upper rooftop, therefore two subcontracted employees had to climb a 48-inch break in vertical elevation and were exposed to slip, trip, and fall hazards to the lower level below and exposed to a vertical opening between the two roof tops that had a 13-foot fall hazard to the lower level.
