29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Location: 40 Riverpath Drive, Framingham MA, 01701 On or about 4/2/2015, employees were not protected from falling while working from an elevated work surface greater than 30 feet above a lower level. Shawnlee Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection numbers 316008523, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/4/2012, with respect to workplace locations 911 Norwich New London Turnpike, Uncasville, CT 06382.
