29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. On or about April 3, 2015, at the West Side on the exterior wall, an employee installing floor trusses standing on a top plate was exposed to an 18 feet 9 inches fall hazard to a ground level, without the use of personal fall arrest system, safety net system or guardrail system.    b. On or about April 3, 2015, at the West Side on the interior wall, an employee installing floor trusses standing on a top plate was exposed to a 9 feet 2 inches fall hazard to a lower level, without the use of personal fall arrest system, safety net system or guardrail system.
