TCC Clarion Limited Partnership dba Colony Factory Crafted Homes, 20510 Paint Road, Shippenville, PA  16254, on or about April 1, 2015 and times prior thereto:  Employee were operating a Craftsman 12-inch Sliding Compound Miter Saw with Laser Trac (M/N:  137.212390, S/N:  RQR3215) to cut wood lumber.  The miter saw was not equipped with a device to prevent the miter saw from automatically restarting upon restoration of power after an under voltage situation.  Under voltage situations include, but are not limited to, brown outs and power failures.
