29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee may be exposed were not deenergized before the employee worked on or was near to them: (a) 187 West London Grove Rd., West Grove, PA, 19390 - Employees were exposed to live parts while operating a mobile conveyor belt machine used during mushroom harvesting activities. An employee suffered an electrical shock and was taken to the hospital, on or about 26 March 2015.
