29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels :  (a) U.S. Marshals Service: On or about 2 April 2015 and at times prior thereto, the agency did not obtain an annual audiogram for employees required to be covered by the agency's hearing conservation program. A memo from the Assistant Director, dated October 14, 2014, states scheduling of periodic medical exams will change from being age-driven to being scheduled once every two years. Audiograms are included in the periodic medical examinations.
