29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) To the right of blender #9, shop area, 929 Beaver Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15233: Observed on or about April 3, 2015, an electrical outlet box (110 Volt) that was not mounted to the building was equipped with knockouts. The knockouts could be displaced during use. The outlet box was being used to supply power to a scale. Employees using the outlet box were exposed to the hazard of electric shock.
