29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(F): Temporary lights were suspended by their electric cords when such lights and cords were not designed for suspension: (a) At the Lighthouse of Howard jobsite; temporary lights, multiple types, were suspended from the cord attached to the concrete ceiling instead of by each lamp socket as required by the manufacturer. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
