29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Line 4: 1) On 4-2-15 a sanitation worker reached into the hose connection pipe to remove a piece of batter without locking out the machine. A worker was injured. 2) The power to the feed section of line 4 is not locked out prior to hosing down the machine during sanitation operations.
