29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, building materials, scrap and debris were not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and other structures: a) On or about 04/03/15, at the College Town development, located on Mt. Read Boulevard and Elmwood Avenue, in Rochester, New York, scrap building materials, empty containers and other debris were stored outside and behind the site superintendents trailer. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
