29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Tender Side of C-2 Coater, Reel Stop Position - On or about 03/27/2015, an employee was injured when the movement of the journal activated the magnetic sensor while he reached underneath to manually pull down the "dog ear" causing the brake to pinch his forearm between the brake and journal.
