29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):     In the following instances, the employer did not assess the workplace to determine if electrical and fall hazards were present which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment:    a) George Roberts Company - The employees on the roof, 11 feet above the ground, were not wearing fall protection equipment.    b) George Roberts Company - The employee testing the 498 volt electrical equipment was not wearing eye protective equipment and insulated gloves.
