29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, were not kept clean and orderly, or in a sanitary condition:    a) On or about 04/08/15, in the shop area, employer failed to provide a work environment clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition exposing employees to fire hazards due to excessive accumulation of wood dust on the floor, equipment and electrical hazards.    ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED    Southside Precast Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315502922, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1951 Hamburg Turnpike, Buffalo, NY 14218.
