29 CFR 1926.103: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 29 CFR 1910.134 of this chapter. 29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: (a) On April 6, 2015, Genesis Electric & Technologies, Inc. did not provide employees who wear 3M 8110, N 95 filtering face piece respirators with the information contained in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, as referenced in 29 CFR 1926.103. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
