29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) 50 to 100 file boxes are stored on filing cabinets above employees heads and in other areas they are stacked 7 high near the backs of employees sitting at the conference tables, exposing employees to serious struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. or in the alternative NFPA of the NEC, Article 210, Part B 210-21(b)(2): Where connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles or outlets, a receptacle shall not supply a total cord-plug-connected load in excess of the maximum specified in Table 210-21(b)(2). Max load amperes for 15 amperes receptacle is 12 amperes. 1st Floor- (a) The Tripp-Lite surge protector, designed for low power loads, had a Kitchen Aide toaster and Magic Chef microwave plugged into it, thereby exceeding the max load amperes of the equipment. 7th Floor, IT Storage- (b) The SS-2B-F surge protector, designed for low power loads, had a Emerson microwave, Toastmaster toaster, and a Kenmore refrigerator plugged into it, thereby exceeding the max load amperes of the equipment.
