29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about April 7, 2015 for employees exposed to falls of up to approximately 20 feet while installing roof trusses at the Sonota Apartment Project near the intersection of 34th Street South & 40th Avenue South in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of a substantially similar occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 965991, Citation 1, Item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on June 4, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at Saint Jo Street and Mcmillan Avenue in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
