On the Mezzanine floor the employees were using a reciprocating saw plugged in to a relocatable power tap that was plugged into an extension cord. The relocatable power tap was missing the grounding pin and was used to energize the saw, thereby exposing employees to contact with electrical current.  b. On the basement level, the extension cord run from the temporary service box to the space heater was missing the grounding pin. The space heater had been used for heating and drying water from flooding. The employees were exposed to contact with electrical current.
