At the time of the inspection, listed or labeled relocatable power taps were not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. The following relocatable power taps were used improperly: a) In the Post Masters Office, a relocatable power tap was connected in series (daisy chained) to a second relocatable power tap to power a personal computer and monitor.
