29 CFR 1910.1025(j)(2)(i)(A): The employer did not make available biological monitoring in the form of blood sampling and analysis for lead and zinc protoporphyrin levels at least every 6 months to each affected employee: At the time of the inspection, it was determined that employees that worked the night shift had not received blood sampling as required. It was found that one employee had not been tested for over 11 months and when tested was found to have a blood lead level of 51mcg/100g. The second employee had not been tested for over 9 months and when tested was found to have a blood lead level of 47mcg/100g.
