29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 270 Lawrence Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10310. Employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing new solar panels and equipment on the roof of a one story home while not wearing any fall protection. Condition occurred on or about 04/08/15.
