ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.

Wiseman Construction Company, Culloden Elementary School: On or about 4/8/15, employees were not adequately trained to recognize fall hazards prior to being required to work on a roof approximately 27.5' above the ground. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
